ok well for now i think we have won a good majority of the fight for the second amendment but I am sure that there will be another one on the horizon or Obama will try his favorite thing an executive order which would be very unconstitutional. Now if ammo would just return to the store shelves we would be good.

why does the liberal media always jump to conclusions when something like the boston bombings happen they always try to link it somehow to the tea party or right wingers and then when all the facts come out it turns out to be a muslim or a liberal or a democrat then the liberal media shuts up and brushes it under the rug like it never happened

i was just recently on one of my favorite news sites www.drudgereport.com/ and there is two articles on their one saying that the second amendment is crumbling and another says that some states are becoming less restrictive with their laws which is true and in some states like Connecticut they now have some of the most restrictive in the country so i would like to to know what ever ones opinion is on this matter so please leave some comments below

In my opinion Connecticut just walked all over the second amendment by voting in laws that are no where near constitutional and I understand the the Sandy hook school shooting was a tragedy but disarming people does NOT protect people in the bill is what they are calling a registry of dangerous weapons offenders REALLY just because you own a gun does NOT mean you are a criminal and you also have to apply for an "ammunition eligibility" certificate just to buy ammo. No wonder companies like Colt are leaving there goes more jobs and tax revenue. The bill also requires any magazines of 10 rounds or more must be registered and also a background check for each weapon purchased which you already have to do no matter what or at least you do here in Iowa if your buying from an FFL dealer. Also the bill bans about 100 more "assault weapons " in addition to the numerous weapons already banned in Connecticut but I am just thankful that i live in Iowa and not a state that is walking all over the constitution and the second amendment.
