Here is a website that shows up to date statistics on Chicago's murders and homicides. It breaks it down  by neighborhood and even where the victim was shot. Obama's Not Signing the UN Small Arms Treaty For Now....

But that could still change in the months to come Sec. Of State John Kerry says that obama will sign it once all the translations are figured but already the NRA and 130 some senators are putting up a big opposition to it. Also for it to become law once it is signed by obama the senate would have to vote on it and like i mentioned before 130 some senators are already opposing it so most likely it would be dead on arrival just like the recent gun control laws were.
